1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dnk88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the dnk88 platform available at dnk88.io.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or service on dnk88, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on dnk88. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

dnk88 may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an account for any individual without being required to state a reason. Account registration does not constitute a contractual obligation on the part of dnk88 to accept any particular wager or to continue providing services indefinitely.

All accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. dnk88 may request identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation must be submitted in English or with an English translation where required.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dnk88 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

dnk88 recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA is available via SMS verification and is strongly encouraged for accounts with significant deposited balances.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dnk88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the account cashier section and are subject to change.

dnk88 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh members:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sport-specific rules govern settlement procedures, postponement and abandonment policies, void bet conditions, and in-play betting cutoffs. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on dnk88:

Matches abandoned due to weather or other causes are settled according to Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable, or voided where no official result is declared.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any automated manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting using non-public information about the outcome of any sporting event.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade detection, or using the dnk88 platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.
• Colluding with other Members in casino table games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting coordinated bonus abuse, including systematic wagering designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine risk exposure.
• Attempting to access accounts other than your own registered account, or attempting to circumvent security measures on the platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the dnk88 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dnk88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dnk88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any dnk88 content without prior written consent from dnk88.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dnk88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.

12 Privacy and Data

13 Amendments to These Terms
